She was clad in a striped shirt underneath a cerulean trench coat, jeans, and stiletto boots. If it isn't for her baby bump, many would still remember the effortless glamorous aura of her "Gossip Girl" character, Serena Van Der Woodsen.

How will the pregnant Blake Lively celebrate the upcoming Christmas?

In an interview with Marie Claire UK, Ryan Reynolds' wife said that Christmas wouldn't feel like Christmas if not for the scent of a particular tree.

"To me the smell of Christmas is spruce because I think growing up in California, when those candles would come out, it was the only way that we actually got any sort of a winter, because we had no snow, we had no seasons," she said.

The "Sisterhood of Travelling Pants" actress also emphasized that during Christmas, no one should leave the house as "it's really about being with family."

She revealed some of the holiday activities she grew up doing: "We're together all day, whether that's making gingerbread houses or baking cookies or sitting around the house watching movies."

Her all-time favorite holiday films include "Holiday Inn" and "It's a Wonderful Life."

"Everyone gets in the same bed and we just spend like seven hours a day all together just chatting and it's really nice to have that time. It's rare that we get the time where we're all in one place," she added.

The "Age of Adaline" star also loves to cook - something she got from her parents. She says that every holiday season, her family enjoys baking yummy treats.

Surely Ryan Reynolds is lucky because despite Blake Lively being pregnant, she still wants to come up with a family-centered festivity.
