Singer-song writer Yoon Il Sang complimented Psy.

Yoon Il Sang uploaded on his twitter on September 27 stating, "More than the fact that Psy ranked 2nd on the Billboard chart, his humble mind of keeping his means and keep on trying hard is an absolutely great quality of him. He would be on a greater spot if he can develop himself rather than a musical greed."

Yoon Il Sang congratulated Psy's ranking on Billboard's chart. He also gave an advice as a musician. Psy ranked 2nd place on Hot 100 prior to this, moving up nine steps from the 11th rank.

Psy wrote on his twitter on the same day, September 27, saying "GangnamStyle No.2 on Billboard Hot100 Make some noise."
