BoA and Super Junior K.R.Y to Perform Trot Songs at 'Melancholy of the Serenade 2012'

BoA and Super Junior K.R.Y will be performing trot songs.

On October 9, they will be holding a 100 year anniversary tribute concert for composer Park Shi Choon, called the 'Melancholy of the Serenade 2012'. BoA and K.R.Y will be singing their own modernized version of his hit songs.

Aside from these two artists, other musicians will also be performing his songs such as Kim Bum Soo and Lee Mi Ja.

There will also be a chorus and opera singers singing beautiful harmonies as a video plays in the background of Park Shi Choon's life. 

The organizer of this event commented, "The K-Pop wave has just started. We need to create a next generation BoA and Psy. Park Shi Choon is someone who paved the way of music in Korea. We need to create a new history for Korea's music through the K-Pop wave."
