[Live] Psy, "I Will Perform the Best Show Seoul Has Ever Seen"

Rapper Psy revealed his thoughts on tonight's concert at the Seoul Town Hall.

Today, Psy posted on his twitter, "I'm gonna have the biggest show ever at the Seoul City Hall Plaza. Come join me."

On September 25, Psy had mentioned that he would perform a concert where the most people would gather and dance with his shirt off to "Gangnam Style" if he won first place on the Billboard chart.

However, its was announced that he was still second place and that he would still perform a concert regardless of his ranking.

The city will dispatch police squads for the occasion that is expected to be an event for approximately 40,000 fans. Public transportation is scheduled to extend its running hours to 2AM in order to create a safe and convenient concert experience for Psy's fans.
