Hayden Panettiere Gives Birth To Baby Girl With Fiancee Wladimir Klitschko: 'Nashville' Actress Welcomes Kaya Klitschko Into The World With 6'6'' Beau [PHOTO]
Hayden Panettiere and her fiancée Wladimir Klitschko have just welcomed a baby girl into the world! According to People Magazine, the "Nashville" star gave birth to Kaya Klitschko on December 9th. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and measured 20 inches.
US Magazine reports that Panettiere stayed quiet about her pregnancy, letting onlookers pick up on it by baring her growing baby bump in a striped blue bikini while vacationing in Miami with the her 38-year-old beau in August.
She also confirmed the news by completing the ALS ice bucket challenge last month, stating on her Instagram account, "I accept my ALS Challenge... I renominate Kacey Musgraves - you're not getting out of this, Wladimir Klitschko, and my unborn child."
This will be the first child for Panettiere and her 6'6'' beau, who is a boxer. However, it seems she has always welcomed the idea of being a mother. In a May 2013 issue of Glamour Magazine, she gushed, "I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother. Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, 'Your life ends-you're never going to be able to do anything again!' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about?' Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life."
She is also very thrilled to have a daughter. In an interview with Hello Magazine, she stated, "I'm thrilled that I am having a girl first because I feel like I know a lot about raising a strong woman...I feel very empowered myself and I think my daughter will, too."
As for what the baby will look like? Panettiere's got an answer for that, too. On an episode of the Ellen DeGeneres show, she joked, "[Wladimir has] got bowlegs and I've got knock-knees, so they're going to have straight legs... And they'll be normal height."
