Kim Jang Hoon Cancels All Events after Suicide Attempt

Kim Jang Hoon, who had shocked internet users when he wrote a post that suggested his wish to commit suicide, finally announced that he will cancel all of his activities and will rest and receive psychiatric therapy. 

Kim Jang Hoon was planning to appear at the Ssamji Sound Festival but his schedule at the event has been cancelled. 

On his personal Me2day, Kim Jang Hoon revealed, "I think it's right that I take a break and not post anything for a while. I've gotten some IV shots and am a little bit more aware of my surroundings but I still feel dizzy and my heart is full of negative thoughts. I understand that both encouragements and jeers are from affection and I will accept it beautifully. I'm very sorry. I should have overcome everything with optimism but I'm losing out to the world and anger. I'm going to do what the hospital told me and receive some therapy. I'm sorry again. I will definitely accept any negative comments you have to say. I wanted to be a good person. I'll say hello once I come back to being myself."

An insider close to Kim Jang Hoon said, "He's currently facing a lot of problems and negativity within him. He's talking to a therapist because it's actually quite serious. He's really suffering." He's admitted at Seoul's Ahsan Hospital. 

Prior to these events, Kim Jang Hoon shocked internet users when he uploaded a post on his Me2day saying, "My mind is alive though my body is failing. If I fall asleep now, I might not wake up. I think I took too many pills. I'm sorry. I was talking about hope with my mother and other people I love. I'm failing. If I do wake up tomorrow, I'll live. I'm a dummy who can't take betrayal by those I trusted. I'm sorry. Please don't hate me too much. I'm sorry, I'm going."

Afterwards, the post was deleted and he was moved to a hospital. That day, he reposted, "I just woke up. My managers deleted my post. It's really funny to see people telling me to take care of my health and I'm grateful. I don't want to lie, it's true. I'm ending it as soon as I get out of the hospital." He continued, "It's not becuase of Dokdo. I was barely hanging on because of it. I'm sorry, it's because of people.
