'Arrow' Season 3 Spoilers: Show Heads To New Direction Following Oliver Queen's Death? Cast Stephen Amell Spotted Filming In New Do

Stephen Amell dished season 3 spoilers for "Arrow" as he hinted that the series will head off to a new direction after Oliver Queen's "death." Meanwhile, the actor was spotted in Canada sporting longer hair while filming scenes for the series.

In a Facebook post, Stephen Amell gave away "Arrow" season 3 spoilers:

"Thank you so much for the enthusiasm spilling out of tonight's fall finale. I've never had anywhere near this amount of feedback. And by feedback, I mostly mean swear words. There were an awful lot of expletives.

Seriously though: Despite the title, our show is bigger than any one character. We're going to prove that to you.

Sit tight... January will be here in no time.

(And look Mom... I'm totally fine)."

Comic Book Movie noted that the show is called "Arrow" for a reason, so Oliver Queen won't have been dead at the hands of Ra's al Ghul even if it appeared to be that way in "The Climb."

However, it means that Roy Harper will play a bigger role going forward.

"One of the things I was very straight with Colton [Haynes] about is I don't think we serviced his character quite as much as we would have liked in the first half of [season 3]," showrunner Marc Guggenheim said. "I'll say the stuff that he's got in episodes 10, 11, and 12, it's pretty dang gangbusters.There's one scene in episode 11 between him and John Barrowman that I think is some of his finest work on the show."

Meanwhile, Stephen Amell was snapped donning on a dirty blonde wig while in the set of "Arrow" in Vancouver, Canada, said MailOnline.

"He seemed to be quite comfortable with the new look as he smiled while showing off the shaggy new look from under a black baseball cap," the publication said. "Along with the ridiculous weave, the actor donned a navy blue satin bomber jacket, skinny blue jeans and black slip-on sneakers."
