Kylie Jenner and Tyga went on to do charity work together again, as the rumored couple gets chummy despite denying that they are dating.

The 17-year-old reality star and aspiring model teamed up with the 24-year-old rapper once again to give toys to kids at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

"We've got to say, Tyga and Kylie Jenner are quite the power duo! They could give Kim Kardashian and Kanye West a run for their money in the do-gooder department," Perez Hilton said. "The two have been in such a charitable mood since they fed the homeless during the Thanksgiving holiday."

Tyga also shared the image below on Instagram as he and Kylie Jenner posed with a sick girl in bed at the cancer ward. He wrote: "@childrensla the littlest things could mean the most to someone #givingback #thankful#helpingmatters."

Meanwhile, TMZ noted that Kylie Jenner was quite underdressed for the gift-giving with Tyga and that means literally.

"Wearing a white, shear, midriff-baring top, a pair of tight, ripped jeans, high heels, and camera-ready makeup ... Kylie showed up Monday with boyfriend Tyga to the Teen Impact Holiday Party at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles," it said.

The website said that Kylie Jenner and rumored boyfriend Tyga distributed 30 toys to the kids as they stayed at the hospital for about an hour.

But TMZ couldn't help but observed that what Kylie Jenner was wearing might not be "the most appropriate outfit for young kids."

This wasn't the first time that Kylie Jenner and rumored boyfriend Tyga were seen doing charity as they also volunteered to hand out food for the less fortunate during Thanksgiving, further fueling that they are dating. But the teenager and budding entrepreneur posted on her social media account that she's currently single and not dating anybody contrary to the rumors going around.
