Orlando Bloom And Miranda Kerr Updates: ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean 5’ Actor Might Return To Film, Is He More Inspired To Work Because Of Upcoming Holiday Meet-Up With Ex?

Fans searching for Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr updates will be delighted to find out that the two are planning to spend the upcoming holiday together. The couple will be doing so for the happiness of their only son, Flynn.

Such meet-up with his family might inspire the "Romeo and Juliet" actor to work harder. Recently, he hinted that he's in talks to come back for "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales," the fifth filmof the franchise.

"I'm not entirely sure that [I'll be back] just yet but there are talks," he told IGN.

"Basically they want to reboot the whole franchise, I think, and do something with me and the relationship with my son," he added.

He said that should he come back, he'd be different: "I'm of course Davey Jones now, so I'm down the bottom of the ocean. It might be kind of fun to do something where I'm rumbling round the bottom of the ocean, because I won't look anything like me. Get all gnarly."

What's known is that Johnny Depp will be returning as Captain Jack Sparrow whereas the villain will be Javier Bardem. He will appear in the film as a "a ghost captain who blames Sparrow for the death of his brother and is searching for a supernatural object to aid him" according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Disney is reportedly still in the search for a female actress to play a pivotal role in the "Pirates of the Caribbean 5." According to Variety, the casting studio will hold chemistry tests between five actresses and actor Brenton Thwaites.

The actresses who are reportedly auditioning include Gabriella Wilde ("Endless Love"), Alexandra Dowling ("The Musketeers"), Lucy Boynton ("Miss Potter"), Kaya Scodelario ("Maze Runner"), and Jenna Thiam ("The Returned").

Thwaites will be playing the role of British soldier Henry.
