Tracy Morgan Condition News: '30 Rock' Comedian 'In Pain' During Recent Outing; Friend Rally Beside Comedian

Tracy Morgan's condition still appears to be very grim as the "30 Rock" actor was obviously in pain during a recent outing in his hometown in New Jersey where he's helped by his friends.

"Wearing a pained expression on his face, the '30 Rock' star gingerly made his way to the barbers near his home in Cresskill, New Jersey," said MailOnline. "Dressed for the cold in a leather jacket, blue jeans and Nike sneakers, the comedian's friends watched as he took slow and deliberate steps, never seeming to take their eyes off him."

According to the British tabloid, Sunday was the fourth time the public saw Tracy Morgan's current condition after the car crash at the New Jersey turnpike that claimed the life of his friend.

Two weeks ago, Tracy Morgan was spotted by the TMZ cameras outside the New Jersey Post Office, moving at a turtle's pace with the aid of a walker and his fiancee Megan Wollover.

"How's your recovery coming?" the cameraman asked.

"I'm fighting everyday," Tracy Morgan shared of his recovery process.

His lawyer Benedict Morelli told Us Weekly that the comedian is making "incremental progress" but he doubts that he would ever be the same again after a severe brain injury that affected his speech.

Tracy Morgan's friends in the industry have also been very vocal about their support for the "30 Rock" actor, as they claimed in various interviews how they are praying for his recovery.

While Tracy Morgan's condition appeared to have improved a bit from the time he was photographed being wheeled inside the hospital, his case against Wal-Mart also had a major development. The judge dismissed Wal-Mart driver Kevin Roper's petition to delay the civil case filed by the comedian against the retail giant while his criminal case is pending.
