Taylor Swift Boyfriend Prospect Is Leonardo DiCaprio? ‘Blank Space’ Singer’s Pal Ed Sheeran Still Rooting For Orlando Bloom

While Taylor Swift's boyfriend list won't grow longer because of her vow to remain single this year, it appears that her friends are eager to set her up. Recent reports claim that the "Blank Space" lyrics songstress wants to date Leonardo DiCaprio.

The "Styles" hit maker reportedly asked her manager to set up a date. Swift is allegedly texting the "Wolf of Wall Street" actor "nonstop." It can be remembered that a similar report once came out but that time, Swift's alleged subject of fascination was "Divergent" actor, Theo James.

DiCaprio is known for dating some of Tinseltown's hottest women. Despite him being deemed as Taylor Swift's boyfriend prospect, one source close to the actor said thet such reports weren't true.

Nonetheless, the "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer is still blessed to be surrounded with friends who look after her. Her best pal, Ed Sheeran, even hints that he's rooting for Taylor Swift and Orlando Bloom because the latter impressed him.

"He's lovely, and they live in the same building. [I'm hoping that] the magic might present itself eventually" said the "Thinking Out Loud" hit maker.

Following Bloom's divorce from former Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor has been linked to Erica Packer (surprisingly the ex-wife of Kerr's rumored boyfriend, James Packer) and even Swift's friend, Selena Gomez.

Sheeran might have to convince Swift further because in last year's issue of UK Cosmopolitan, the blonde beauty expressed her views about being set up.

"People will say, let me set you up with someone, and I'm just sitting there saying, 'That's not what I'm doing. I'm not lonely; I'm not looking,'" she said.

Swift likewise emphasized that happiness could be achieved without having a romantic relationship:

"It'd take someone really special for me to undergo the circumstances I have to go through to experience a date. I don't know how I would ever have another person in my world trying to have a relationship with me, or a family. The best answer I can come up with now is 'go at it alone.' Life can be romantic without having a romance. I'm very attracted to how happy I am now."
