'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Actress Rita Ora Up Against John Legend! Calvin Harris' Ex Girlfriend Gets First Oscar Nomination

"Fifty Shades of Grey" actress Rita Ora is up against John Legend as Calvin Harris' ex-girlfriend received her first Oscar nomination.

Rita Ora got her first Oscar nomination for Best Original Song for "Grateful" which was featured on "Beyond the Lights," written by songwriter Diane Warren.

The song faces stiff competition from "Lost Stars" - which featured in Keira Knightley's "Begin Again," "Everything is Awesome" - which featured in "The Lego Movie" and "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" - which featured in "Glen Campbell... I'll Be Me," the Daily Mail said.

But "Fifty Shades of Grey" actress Rita Ora is up against tough competition as she's facing John Legend and Common's track "Glory" for "Selma." The song already received a nod from the Golden Globes.

Calvin Harris's ex-girlfriend, who plays Christian Grey's sister, acknowledged the Oscar nomination but only to congratulate songwriter in Twitter: "Congrats @Diane_Warren," she wrote.

Rita Ora must be on cloud nine as her professional career and personal life are on the upswing. The singer earlier said that she's been bitten by the acting bug while filming "Fifty Shades of Grey" and is looking forward to making more movies in the future.

On the personal note, the up-and-coming actress is dating Ricky Hilfiger, the son of fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger, after splitting with the Scottish DJ.

Calvin Harris confirmed the split with Rita Ora last June when he tweeted: "To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best."

In August last year, Page Six first reported that "Fifty Shades of Grey" actress Rita Ora and Ricky Hilfiger are, in fact, dating.

"We're told they've known each other for a couple of years but have been dating for a few months since her split from DJ Calvin Harris," it said. "Rita's been spending time at rapper and designer Richard's LA home, where they've been writing music together."
