Kelly Rowland's Baby Titan Spends Time With Beyonce's Daughter Blue Ivy; Former Destiny's Child Member Engages In Six-Day A Week Workout Plan

Kelly Rowland's baby Titan spent time with Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy in a casual date, as the former Destiny's Child member has embarked ona six-day-a-week workout plan.

In a report from Us Weekly, the two BFFs were at the Soho House in West Hollywood, California on Thursday for the playdate.

"Queen Bey was the first to arrive at the members-only club, with her adorable 3-year-old in tow," it said. "Destiny's Child alum Rowland, Witherspoon, and their newborn baby, as well as Bey's hubby Jay Z then joined the mother-daughter duo for lunch. After settling in together on the outdoor patio, the former bandmates gushed over baby Titan."

At one point, Blue Ivy was playing with Kelly Rowland's baby Titan while the "Drunk in Love" singer was holding the infant.

Meanwhile, Kelly Rowland is determined to regain her pre-baby figure, just months after giving birth to baby Titan, with the help of personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins.

The two even created what they call as "The 6Week Get Your Body Back Challenge."

"Kelly Rowland just had her baby Titan in November and she is on board & motivated to get her body back just like so many of you! Kelly is excited to share her journey & motivate others while she goes through the journey herself! Let's make 2015 the year to maximize your health with healthy choices for your mind, body & spirit!" Jenkins wrote on her blog.

In a previous interview with Elle, Kelly Rowland talked about balancing her career and being a great mom to baby Titan.

"I watch Diana Ross and Donna Summer and all these women-they've managed to do it all," Kelly Rowland said. " I think 'What makes me different? I can definitely do it.' And this is something I've wanted. I've been talking about babies since last year. I believe I spoke it into existence during a conversation with my friend, and I feel like I became pregnant overnight! And she said all we need is a community of strong people around us, and we rely on each other and our families."
