Nick Jonas and Olivia Culpo are proving that even young couples can have a serious romance. The two constantly attend Tinseltown events, which make some wonder if an engagement will soon take place.

Recent reports claim that the former Disney star Nick Jonas might ask the million-dollar question to his girlfriend, Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo, this coming Valentine's Day. Even the Jonas family is allegedly helping Nick to finalize his plans.

"The entire Jonas family is in on the big secret. Everyone adores Olivia and thinks they are perfect for each other. Nick's never been the player type. He values his religious beliefs and knows that he's ready to settle down," claimed one insider to Star magazine.

The source added that the former Jonas Brothers member "has been ring shopping for months and wants to pop the question to the Miss Universe 2012 titleholder during a romantic dinner."

Many also wondered when Nick Jonas took of his purity ring.

In an interview with Wendy Williams, the 22-year-old decided to explain the reason for such action. While he says that the ring is a vital part of his growing up, he also does not regret taking it off.

"I don't regret it. I think it was an important part of my childhood and it was that. As I grew up, I sort of figured out what was important to me and my own belief system," Nick Jonas shared.

"We all grow up and we all live life and find out what's important to us, that's what happened. I went on that journey myself and now I'm comfortable with who I am and what I believe in and I'm an adult," he added.

Nick Jonas also addressed what some have been asking about, "Am I still a virgin? No, no. As I said, I'm an adult in all ways and comfortable with who I am."

In a separate interview with Attitude magazine, Nick Jonas said that having intimacy with your partner is an "important part of a healthy life."
