Birdman, Lil Wayne Feud: Christina Milian's Rumored Boyfriend Accuses Cash Money Boss In Multi-Million Lawsuit Of Breaching Agreement

Lil Wayne finally pushed through with his multi-million lawsuit against Birdman as Christina Milian's rumored boyfriend accused Cash Money of breaching contract.

An excerpt of the lawsuit was published on They BF website and it revealed that Lil Wayne and Birdman's feud went as far back as 2005.

However, Lil Wayne was appeased after Birdman amended his contract. Presently, Birdman controls 51% of Young Money while Lil Wayne owns the other 49%.

Part of the lawsuit reportedly says: "Cash Money breached the 1998 Recording Agreement as amended specifically by the 2012 Amendment, by failing to pay Carter the Eight Million Dollar ($8,000,000.00) payment upon commencement of the recording and paying Carter only Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) over the course of the recording of Tha Carter V."

"Moreover, Cash Money has refused to pay Carter the Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) due upon delivery of Tha Carter V to Cash Money. Cash Money has refused to pay Carter the balance of Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) due Carter in respect of Tha Carter V, despite due demand therefore by Carter," it added.

Forbes reported that Lil Wayne is seeking $51 million in damages from Birdman, while also attributing some "shady practices" to Cash Money.

Among the allegations were "overspending Wayne's money on marketing on his Young Money imprint, somehow forgetting to register Wayne's name on some copyrights, not paying a promised $10 million advance, failing to pay required overhead and escrow dollars to Young Money, holding back the release of Wayne's new album, and tons more."

A lot of artists, such as Nicki Minaj, Suge Knight, Christina Milian, and Rich Homie Quan, have weighed in on the Lil Wayne and Birdman feud on the delay of the release of "Tha Carter V".

They were all hoping that the matter will be threshed out away from the courts, which obviously didn't happen.
