Beyonce's Healthy Lifestyle Could Be Yours: Singer Launches Vegan Meal Plan '22 Days Nutrition,' Promotes Plant Based Diet [PHOTO]

Beyoncé famously announced that she and husband Jay Z went vegan in 2013, but now she's got an even bigger announcement: her own vegan meal plan and food delivery service. According to E Online, the singer is partnering with her nutritionist and exercise physiologist Marco Borges on "22 Day Nutrition," which stems from the idea that you can make or break a habit in three weeks.

The plan sounds like it is truly healthy - the Daily Mail reports that all of the meals will be 100% plant-based, and will be delivered once a week. Furthermore, all ingredients will be non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and organic.

For those who gripe that vegan and/or healthy food isn't tasty, listen to some of the menu items: curry fried rice with vegetables, almond berry breakfast loaf, and fajita breakfast beans. After all, like Beyoncé says, "All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can."

She also stated of the plan, "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle... He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices."

Borges also has some words of wisdom. He said of going vegan, "One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to eat a plant-based diet. What better way is there to eat more plants than to only eat pants?"

Indeed, a vegan diet is good for you - both mentally and physically. Lifesum nutritionist Lovisa Nilsson commented, "A vegan diet has several health benefits, including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, which reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes... Aside from the abundance of health benefits, a vegan diet is also addressing environmental and ethical concerns, which makes the vegan lifestyle even more appealing."

Would you try a vegan diet like "22 Day Nutrition?"
