Touchy Nina Dobrev And Ian Somerhalder Hits 'The Vampire Diaries' Set? Actress Not Invited To Ex-Boyfriend And Nikki Reed's Wedding

Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev were reported to have engaged in a lot of PDA between takes for "The Vampire Diaries." However, the actress might not be invited to her ex-boyfriend's wedding to Nikki Reed.

According to the report from Hollywood Life, the exes were "pretty cozy" during the set of "The Vampire Diaries.

A source said, "Nina and Ian were VERY touchy in between takes. Nina walked in and sat next to Ian on the pew. When she sat down, she immediately leaned her head on his shoulder and just sat there for a few minutes until it was time to roll."

According to the article, the source also claimed that Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder didn't look like they were trying to get into the character when they engaged in a PDA "when they were snuggling up to each other off-camera."

The insider added that "The Vampire Diaries" stars Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder were "awfully touchy."

Another article claimed that the exes have become closer after the announcement of Ian Somerhalder's engagement to Nikki Reed. But it doesn't necessarily mean that the "Let's Be Cops" actress will be invited to the wedding.

Hollywood Life said Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are still debating whether to invite Nina Dobrev to their wedding.

"It's a very weird predicament for Ian and Nikki," the source said. "If it is a big wedding Ian feels that he has to ask Nina to go, but anticipates her to respectfully decline. That would be a win win."

Meanwhile, Celebrity Dirty Laundry added that if asked, Nina Dobrev will likely accept the wedding invitation of Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder.

"Knowing the situation, Nina will probably agree to go, even if it's out of spite," it said. "After all, she and Ian broke up two years ago, so even inviting her to the wedding would be tantamount to rubbing her face in the situation."
