Katie Holmes Ditched ‘Dawson’s Creek’ Co-Star Busy Philips When She Started Dating Tom Cruise?

"Dawson's Creek" star Busy Philips recently revealed that her co-star and "The Giver" actress Katie Holmes ditched her when she started dating Tom Cruise.

Busy Philips made the revelation in "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen. The former "Dawson's Creek" actress even elaborated by saying that "The Giver" actress stopped talking to her when dating rumors with the "Mission: Impossible" star emerged, Perez Hilton said in a report.

Busy Philips said, "I just remember when (she started dating Cruise) I was like: "Are you on a plane in San Francisco with Tom Cruise? What's happening?"

She also said that when rumors about Katie Holmes dating Tom Cruise started, her co-star did not give any return call to her anymore.

"I left her several voicemail messages," she said. "And then I saw her three years later and she had a kid," the actress added.

While Katie Holmes is now divorced from Tom Cruise, the "Mission: Impossible" star and the actress share a beautiful daughter named Suri.

Reortedly, Katie Holmes is now single and is not into dating as she focuses on being a mom to her only child with the A-list action star.

Back in the day, Busy Philips played the role of Audrey Little, Katie Holmes' character's college roommate in the hit series "Dawson's Creek."

But the "Cougar Town" actress also admitted that she was not very close with Katie Holmes as she was tighter with other co-stars Michelle Williams and James Van Der Beek. Meanwhile, Tom Cruise's ex-wife was reportedly closer with co-star Joshua Jackson, News.com said.

"Cougar Town" star Busy Philips also previously admitted that she felt a little insecure of her role in the former hit series as Katie Holmes' character seemed to be the focus of the show.
