'Castle' Season 7 Spoilers: Stana Katic's Beckett Becomes Insecure Of Colleague? Ryan's Other Job Goes Into Spotlight

There's going to be some jealousy when "Castle"season 7 returns, according to the latest spoilers, as Ryan's moonlighting will put him directly in danger.

The New York Police Department will welcome a newcomer into its doors. She's much like Beckett, only better in every ways.

The synopsis teases "Castle" season 7 spoilers as it reads: "Kate Beckett has it all. The husband, the job, the hair. But in three weeks, Kate meets her match. This is not going to be pretty."

The clip shows Beckett ranting to Rick about the newcomer in the precinct.

"She's just like me. Only better," Beckett says. "She's got incredible career, a movie star husband... she's gorgeous."

"Yeah, she is," Rick agrees.

That got a glare from Beckett and Rick immediately realizes he's in trouble.

As the voice over obviously suggests, "This is not going to end well."

Based on the title of the episode, it's safe to assume that the newcomer comes from Hong Kong. In the teaser, she also shows that she can handle herself by pounding an opponent into the ground inside a boxing gym.

According to TVLine, Ricardo Chavira and Reiko Aylesworth will guest star in "Castle."

"Chavira will play Alex Lopez, a popular congressman whose life may in danger, while Aylesworth is playing his astute wife, Mia," it said. "They both appear in Episode 18, when Detective Ryan - who it was established has been working side jobs - pulls some hours at his brother-in-law Frank's private security company, which has been charged with protective Congressman Lopez."

"He gets involved in a situation where [he and Frank] are guarding somebody important and an incident occurs, and he is caught in the middle of it," showrunner David Amman said of Ryan.
