"Fashion Police" news reveal that Khloe Kardashian is interested to join the hit fashion-critique show as a report from People claim host Giuliana Rancic is in favor of getting the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star as replacement for ex-mainstay Kelly Osbourne.
The 30-year-old reality star's name was among those reported to fill in for Kelly Osbourne, whose departure from the show was confirmed by E! earlier this week.
Khloe Kardashian's recent experience in fashion-critique commentary was at the Academy Awards last month.
Along with sister Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and fellow E! reality star Christina Milian, Khloe Kardashian hosted the recent Oscars' pre-show coverage and performed quite well.
Aside from Khloe Kardashian's interest to be part of "Fashion Police," the news report also revealed that Giuliana Rancic wants to have the notoriously outspoken reality star on board.
It was Giuliana Rancic's seemingly racist comments regarding the dreadlocks of actress-singer Zendaya Coleman, which she said "must have smelled like patchouli oil or weed," that caused a whole fiasco for the hit E! series.
The comment garnered a lot of negative feedbackss from the public, and even from Zendaya Coleman herself. The backlash apparently led to Kelly Osbourne's decision to leave the show.
According to "Fashion Police" news reported by Hollywood Reporter, the 30-year-old daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne has long been contemplating about leaving the show, especially after Joan Rivers' death.
"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!'s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities," said the official statement from E! Network.
"We would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers."
"Fashion Police will return as scheduled on Monday, March 30, at 9 p.m., and no decisions have been made on her replacement," the statement read.
