Jennifer Lawrence ‘Annoying’ According To Chloe Sevigny; ‘Last Days Of Disco’ Star Praises Angelina Jolie And Emma Stone But Disses ‘Hunger Games’ Actress

"Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence might be popular but Chloe Sevigny appears not to be a fan. In a recent interview with V magazine, the 40-year-old talked about her perception of JLaw.

She praised other actresses but had a different view of Lawrence, "I love it when a great movie star is a great movie star. I think Angelina [Jolie] is a great movie star. I like Emma Stone. Whenever she's herself, she's really cute. Jennifer Lawrence I find annoying. Too crass."

For the "Brown Bunny" star, "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence might be too focused on promoting her personality instead of acting ability. Nonetheless, she cannot deny that Chris Martin's girlfriend was able to have a mark in Hollywood.

"So much is about marketing and selling the product," Sevigny told V magazine. "They'll have a really peppy funny girl on the talk show rounds, and everybody adores her and loves her and wants to be her or f*** her, and then so many more people want to watch the movie or TV show. I understand that star quality, how much value that carries."

Despite Chloe Sevigny's opinion that "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence is more focused on star quality, her three Academy Award nominations proved otherwise. In 2010, she got nominated for her performance in "Winter Bone."

She is also the second youngest winner of an Oscar's Best Actress Award for her role in "Silver Linings Playbook." She likewise got nominated for "American Hustle."

Her next film, "Serena," will hit theater screens on March 27.

Several co-stars have previously affirmed that Jennifer Lawrence freely expresses her views.

"When I got cast, she called me up for one of those five-minute 'Excited to work with you, blah, blah, blah' things," previously said "Hunger Games" actor Josh Hutcherson to Rolling Stone magazine.

"The conversation started with her saying, 'Think about a catheter going in - ouch!' and then turns into a 45-minute rant about zombies and the apocalypse."

"Insurgent" actress Zoe Kravitz, who worked with Lawrence on "X-Men: First Class" also recalled going to Jennifer Lawrence's apartment.

"So I go over to her apartment, and she opens the door in a towel. She's like, 'Come in, sorry, you're early, I was about to shower.' And she drops her towel and gets in the shower, and starts shaving her legs, totally naked," Kravitz told Rolling Stone.
