Tom Felton Admits He Has A 50-Year-Old ‘Super’ Fan; ‘Harry Potter’ Actor’s Mom Worried?

Even if "Harry Potter" actor Tom Felton's commitment to the franchise already ended a few years ago, the loyalty of his fans remained the same. Recently, the 27-year-old actor talked about having a 50-year-old fan.

While some might find the idea comfortable, Tom Felton feels pleased that the "Harry Potter" cast is able to make the woman feel joyful.

"It's strange and if the genders were reversed, with a 50-year-old man supporting an 18-year-old girl, it would put up some warning signs. But for her, being a 'Harry Potter' fan and meeting the cast has given her a sense of purpose and joy - and that's not to be looked down on," he said as reported by Yahoo Celebrity.

The actor has a new documentary entitled "Tom Felton Meets the Superfans" wherein he got the chance to further know the woman whom he met at the premiere of "Harry Potter" nine years ago.

The actor explained to Yahoo Celebrity how he remembered having such fan.

"She came to mind when we did the programme. It was a chance to dig into her personal story and meet her," he said." She's a sweet person, there's no malice behind it, but at the same time it's not something I fully understand and my mum still has her worries about people who talk to me as if they have known me for years."

Even if "Harry Potter" actor Tom Felton is pleased, he admitted that his mother is quite worried.

That women is definitely not the only one who finds Tom Felton charming. Previously, "Beauty and the Beast" actress Emma Watson confessed that her co-star once broke her heart,

"Between the ages of ten and 12 I had a crush on Tom. I used to go into work in the morning and look at the call sheet to see if he was going to be in every day," she said in a 2012 appearance on the "Jonathan Ross Show."

However, Emma Watson said that Tom Felton broke her heart because he told people that he saw the actress, who plays Hermione Granger in the hit movie, in a "sisterly way."

"It just broke my heart. It still does," the "Ballet Shoes" star joked.
