Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 10: Scott Disick reunited with Kourtney Kardashian and their three the children after seeking treatment at a rehab facility in Costa Rica.

"I realize my issues are bigger than me, and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle," Disick told TMZ before he entered the treatment center. "I thought I was going to die," he said, before he entered rehab in June of 2014.

Disick spent less than a week at Rythmia Life Advancement Center. The center's patients usually stay the full 21 days. The facility in Costa Rica that relies on the controversial use of a hallucinogenic drug for treatment.

Kim Kardashian's brother in law returned to California. On Tuesday night, March 24, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was photographed eating sushi with his children Mason, 5, and Penelope, 2, in Calabasas.

But rehab won't be stopping the Kourtney Kardashian's husband, Disick took to Twitter to promote his new gig hosting a booze-filled party at 1Oak Las Vegas.

 "Vegas see you this Friday @1OAKLV," the party boy and dad of three tweeted on Wednesday, March 25.

During an episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons, Disick had to be hospitalized after drinking and taking pills.

TMZ reported that Lord Disick also has an upcoming job hosting a party at a new adult entertainment venue in Pompano Beach, Florida called Crazy Horse. The event is reportedly scheduled for April 25. For the gig, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star will be flown first class to Florida first class, put up in a star hotel and fed by Crazy Horse. According to the reports, Disick will get paid $50,000 for one night's work.'
