Taylor Swift And Lorde Fight Over Contradicting Singing Styles? ‘Blank Space’ Songstress Now Rooting For Fifth Harmony’s Camila Cabello?

Taylor Swift and Lorde might have shared fun moments together but their friendship is reportedly in trouble because of the "Royal" singer's dislike to record a duet with the "Blank Space" songstress.

Ok! Magazine reports that Lorde didn't like the idea of a duet because their voices wouldn't jive well.

"Lorde loves Taylor but she thinks that their voices have completely different sounds and they won't mesh well together. Taylor was pretty disappointed with her reaction," said the magazine's source.

If Taylor Swift and Lorde are indeed feuding, it might be the reason why the "Styles" hit maker is befriending Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello. The two are reportedly getting so close that Swift is starting to urge the 18-year-old to leave the group and go solo.

"Time and time again, Taylor has brought to Camila's attention that she has an amazing solo career ahead of her. It's gotten to the point where she keeps trying to convince Camila to do a solo album," claimed one source to Hollywood Life.

Despite Swift's encouragement, Cabello reportedly doesn't want to leave the group because she loves to be with the other girls.

"This really has put Camila in a weird spot because she respects Taylor's thoughts and is always very cordial but Camila doesn't want to really think about that as she loves being with the other girls of Fifth Harmony," said the same insider to the publication.

Fifth Harmony is composed of five members including Cabello, Ally Brooke Hernandez, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui, and Normani Kordei. Just like One Direction, the group was a product of "The X Factor."

Apart from Lorde, the "Out of the Woods" songstress also has a rumored feud with Katy Perry. The latter allegedly tried to sabotage Taylor Swift's show by "stealing" her backup dancers.

It is believed that Taylor Swift penned the single "Bad Blood" for Katy Perry.
