Giuliana Rancic Memoir: 'Fashion Police' Host Reveals Ex-Boyfriend Jerry O'Connell Cheated On Her With Who?

E! News host Giuliana Rancic's memoir has just been released, and with it -- the revelation that her ex-boyfriend, actor Jerry O'Connell, cheated on her.

E! Online reports that the book reveals that the two met in the W Hotel in San Diego. They both hit if off quickly and were soon dating each other. But the romance was not meant to last when the host found out that O'Connell was also seeing Spice Girl Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) on the side.

After Rancic confronts him with this, the actor apologized and claimed that he did not have control over what happened. In her memoir entitled "Going Off Script," the host recounts what O'Connell told her.

"'Yeah, I know,'" Rancic wrote about O'Connell's statement. "'I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened,' He has as much emotion as the customer-service representative who tells you your bags missed the flight."

After the confrontation, the pair patched things up and resumed their romance. However, another blow to their relationship occured at Maxim's 100 Hottest Women Party in 2004. The "Fashion Police" host reports that her then boyfriend was getting a little too friendly with actress Rebecca Romjin.  

"Little did I know he was in the VIP area, talking to Rebecca," Giuliana revealed. "As a prelude to feeling up Rebecca."

According to Giuliana's memoir, O'Connell began to ignore her phone calls, and when the host confronted him finally, he only had this to say

"Nope," he said, while ending the relationship for good. "Sorry, homegirl. Things change, but you take care, ok?"

Fans say that clearly, a happily-ever-after was not meant for the two. Each of them have since found happiness in the arms of other people. Jerry O'Connell married Rebecca Romjin in 2007, and they've had two children since. On the other hand, Giuliana married businessman Bill Rancic. The two have starred in the E! reality show "Giuliana and Bill."

Jerry and Rebecca ended up getting married in 2007. They have two kids together. Giuliana also found Mr. Right when she married Bill Rancic the same year.
