Robert Pattinson's engagement to Tahliah Barnett aka FKA Twigs is reportedly not important to his ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. According to a feature from People, new movies have been keeping the former "Twilight" star busy amid news that her former boyfriend is getting married.
"Kristen is doing fine, working and traveling, and she will survive Robert's engagement," an insider said.
"She has her own life and has moved on."
"Kristen lives a much more low-key life now and seems happier," the insider added.
Prior to Robert Pattinson dating Tahliah Barnett aka FKA Twigs, he and Kristen Stewart were a couple for several years.
However, their relationship ended bitterly when the 24-year-old actress admitted to having an affair with Rupert Sanders, the married director behind her film "Snow White and the Huntsman."
An insider explained that it is unlikely for Kristen Stewart to still be affected with the rumored engagement of Robert Pattinson and Tahliah Barnett aka FKA Twigs. The shy movie star always seemed toxic while dating the hunk, compared to her current more relaxed demeanor.
"It was obvious that she was struggling with the media attention (during her relationship with Rob)," a source pointed out.
"She often acted frustrated and looked drained."
"Now she focuses on work, spends time with her friends and family," the source added.
While Robert Pattinson and Tahliah Barnett aka FKA Twigs have been busy flaunting their relationship, Kristen Stewart has reportedly been busy with her new movies. The Chanel brand ambassador's more recent film projects include "Camp X-Ray" and "Still Alice."
"I'm having more fun now than I ever have," Kristen Stewart said.
The brunette actress was asked if she thinks she has changed following her stint as a teen queen during "Twilight."
"Completely. I only have to think about that when someone asks me," she replied.
