'Hell's Kitchen' Host Gordon Ramsay Shows Ripped Body In Malibu; Celebrity Chef Maintains Incredible Form By Biking

"Hell's Kitchen" host Gordon Ramsay is a certified health buff and he showed off the results of his hard work as the celebrity chef biked around Malibu beach on Sunday.

The chef turned reality star arrived at the famed beach, where he owns a property, on a 4x4 SUV before making a quick change into his biking gear.

"The Hell's Kitchen host sucked in his tummy as he lifted a second shirt over his head to reveal his gym-honed muscle tone," said Daily Mail. "A keen cycling enthusiast and a regular at SoulCycle classes with wife Tana and the Beckham family, Gordon has been putting some seriously hard work into his physique."

Back in 2012, the "Hell's Kitchen" host made the decision to do something about his weight.

"The 6-foot-2 Ramsay slimmed down from 226 pounds to 196 pounds by following a high-protein, dairy-free diet and consuming lots of vegetables and vegan shakes," said The Examiner.

A year later, he was already competing at the grueling 2013 Ironman in Kona Hawaii and finished the race at just 14 hours.

"Hell's Kitchen" host Chef Gordon Ramsay told The Daily Record that competing at the Ironman gives him focus.

"That's the problem with me. I need that focus, I need that goal," he said. "Otherwise when the wheels start coming off you get sort of p***** off with yourself. So I like that discipline. I'm at my best when the tracks are straight and I can absolutely focus on a goal. So it's Ironman in New Zealand and then I want to do one in Hawaii."

The "Hell's Kitchen" host and friend of David Beckham also said that he's been going through a mid-life crisis where he's thinking about getting inked.

"I never whinge over that," "Hell's Kitchen" host Gordon Ramsay said. "But I want a tattoo, sounds a bit weird that, doesn't it? Forty-five, hey, mid-life crisis, tattoo. And I've promised myself the only tattoo I'm ever going to get is an Ironman one."
