Ciara Looks On Bright Side After Failed Relationship With Ex-Fiance Future; Singer Not Sharing Details Of Split, Highlights Son

Ciara is not letting her breakup from ex-fiance dampen her enthusiasm to face the future with their son. The singer also played coy when asked for details of the split during her interview with the Breakfast Club.

"It clearly didn't work out," Ciara told the Breakfast Club. "But I have the greatest gift, the greatest joy of my life is my son [Future Jr.].

"Honestly, I feel like everything in life happens for a reason and my son has been the greatest gift that God has given me in my life and been the most game-changing thing that's happened to my life, in a necessary way," she added.

Ciara is not sharing the reasons for the split with ex-fiance Future as she said, "I can't really break all that down because I don't event think it really matters to tell you the truth. Especially when the ending is great as it is with my son. That's what worked out, my son."

It was earlier reported that Future cheated on his then fiancee Ciara with another singer.

Previously, Media Take Out dished on the reason behind Ciara's breakup with Future after accusing him of cheating with singer Tinashe.

"Ciara caught him CHEATING WITH R&B singer Tinashe. According to a MTO snitch, Ciara walked in on Future and Tinashe - in a COMPROMISING POSITION," the article alleged.

in an earlier interview with MTV News, Ciara said that having her son Future Jr. has changed her outlook for the better.

"Having a child has changed me in such a great way and such a necessary way. It gives me clairvoyance and I can make decisions like boom, now," the singer said.

"Having my child, I don't have time to do the whole 'let me guess,' it's like, 'No, you got to make a decision. Mama gotta get out here and get that hustlin' on. Mama got to pay these bills; baby gotta eat," Ciara added about having son Future Jr.
