Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott's Marriage Goes Through Another Cheating Scandal? 'True Tori' Lead Star Hospitalized After Getting Burned

Dean McDemott is allegedly cheated on Tori Spelling again, this time with his ex, Mary Jo, as the "True Tori" star found herself in the hospital after suffering from burnt injuries.

A claim from Star Magazine, per Hollywood Life, revealed that the marriage between Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling is in trouble once again because of his cheating ways.

"She's heartbroken. She's trying to put on a brave face, but she's at a complete loss as to how to deal with it," the source said of Tori Spelling.

The article alleged that Dean McDermott met Mary Jo secretly at her house. Tori Spelling learned of the secret rendezvous from the podcast of Brandi Glanville two months ago.

"On the podcast, Mary Jo shared that Dean came to her home without any cameras and that he followed her into the kitchen while she was getting him a coffee. When Brandi asked Mary Jo if Dean had hit on her, she said, 'A little bit. Wouldn't you?'" Hollywood Life said.

With Dean McDermott reportedly going back to his cheating ways, Tori Spelling is allegedly throwing herself into making sure that her family is intact.

"Unfortunately, a source close to the couple claims that's all just an act for the world - and maybe for Tori, too," the report added.

"The sources also share that Tori's shocking hospitalization for 'severe migraines' was actually caused by the stress of learning what her husband, Dean, was allegedly up to behind her back."

Speaking of hospitals, Tori Spelling was again brought to see doctors when she burned herself while on brunch at a local restaurant.

USA Today reported, "Here's what happened: Tori, hubby Dean McDermott and their kids- Liam, 8, Stella, 6, Hattie, 3, and Finn, 2 - went to a Benihana restaurant in Encino, Calif., for an Easter brunch. As she got up to leave, Tori tripped and fell backwards onto a hot grill, and she burned the inside of her arm."
