Katy Perry Shines In Green Wig As She And On-Again Boyfriend John Mayer Make First Appearance After News They're Back Together

Katy Perry donned on a bright green wig as she makes an appearance along with on-and-off boyfriend John Mayer following the rumors that they are back together.

The singer arrived at New York's The Standard Hotel wearing a short bright green locks after donning another black wig earlier that evening while making her appearance at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

"Katy seemed to clear up any questions as to how she found time for such a speedy dye job, as she posted an Instagram photo before the 2015 gala, showcasing her extensive wig collection," said Daily Mail.

Katy Perry stepped into the hotel with Jeremy Scott, the designer for Moschino, wearing a black dress with bright graffiti print.

John Mayer and Katy Perry fueled rumors that they are back together after the "Your Body is a Wonderland" hitmaker arrived moments later.

The two reportedly rekindled their romance earlier this year but split in March after two months of being together.

The source told Radar Online, "Katy and John reconnected once she had a break in her Prismatic World Tour. So, for those few months they had a great time, pretending that it would last - and of course it didn't."

"The reason they have split in the past is because Katy gets busy. John can't handle the lack on attention, and she can't handle the trust issues she has when she's so far away. So they've learned that it's better to just take a break when they can't be in the same place," the source added.

However, Katy Perry and John Mayer were reportedly spotted getting frisky in a West Hollywood bar, Ysabel, recently, which fueled rumors they are back together.
