Lindsay Lohan Rushing Her Community Service Duties; ‘Mean Girls’ Star’s May 28 Deadline Fast Approaching

Lindsay Lohan is rushing her community service duties, as the "Mean Girls" star's May 28 deadline is fast approaching.

According to a report from Page Six, Lindsay Lohan still had 116 hours of community service duties as of May 21.

The court-ordered requirement was part of the "Mean Girls" actress' probation in a 2012 reckless driving case.

Lindsay Lohan has even been sharing community service photos on her Instagram page. On May 21, the former Disney star posted a snapshot of a building-block castle that she set up at the Duffield Children's Center.

"We built this for the kids today! So cute!!" she wrote alongside the image.

The 28-year-old actress also posted another photo with a mother and son last May 13 while at the Brooklyn day care facility.

"(Lindsay) Lohan is no different than any other volunteer," the Duffield Children's Center shared in statement sent to Page Six.

However, the report pointed out that the "Mean Girls" star left the said Fort Greene facility carrying a $15,000 Hermès Birkin bag.

An earlier report from Entertainment Tonight Online also pointed out one of Lindsay Lohan's community service outfits, as she wore a sexy black dress while gardening at TLC Women's Center last week.

Lindsay Lohan even Instagrammed a selfie while doing community service at the New-York based establishment. "Gardening #TLC women's shelter," she captioned the photo.

Prior to Lindsay Lohan's community service work at Duffield Children's Center and at TLC Women's Center, the redhead movie star also tried to complete her court-ordered duties at a Los Angeles County morgue. However, a judge eventually decided that the hours that she rendered at the said facility were invalid.

Judge Mark A. Young recently warned that the once troubled actress will face the consequences in case she does not complete her court-ordered requirement by May 28, fuelling speculations that Lindsay Lohan could go to jail.
