Nina Dobrev Depressed After Quitting 'The Vampire Diaries?' Reality Of Unemployment Kicks In As Ian Somerhalder's Ex 'Struggles' To Find Work

Nina Dobrev is allegedly depressed after she left "The Vampire Diaries" as Ian Somerhalder's ex allegedly struggles to make her dream of becoming a movie star come true.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Ian Somerhalder's ex is now regretting her decision to quit as Elena.

"Nina Dobrev has been spending time with her friends dealing with the fact that she could not find a job as easily as she would have liked," the article claimed. "A source recently said that Nina is having a hard time after realizing that there are way more actresses in Hollywood than there are movie roles."

If the article is to be believed, former "The Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev's road trip is an attempt to "escape from the reality of unemployment."

"But it is only a matter of time before she will have to come face to face with the realization that she may have to return to The Vampire Diaries," it said.

Apart from sharing photos of herself while on a cross-country trek with friends, Nina Dobrev's Instagram is also filled with photos of her "The Vampire Diaries" family.

Two weeks ago, Ian Somerhalder's ex shared on Instagram a selfie of her and Paul Wesley who had a full set of fangs.

Nina Dobrev wrote as caption, "In honor of my final episode of #TVD tonight, and because it's Thursday ... I'll be posting a ThrowBack photo every hour on the hour. In another Instagram post, Nina Dobrev shared a touching tribute to his "The Vampire Diaries" family. The image is that of a director's clapper board with a note that read, "We've been a family for 6 years, and since this is a Vampire Family our lifetime has no limit. You will forever be in my heart. Fangs for the memories."

Ian Somerhalder's ex then wrote as caption, "To my loving family ...."
