Katy Perry, Boyfriend John Mayer Try To Go Incognito In Disneyland; 'Roar' Singer Slams Interview Rehash About Ex Russell Brand

On-and-off couple Katy Perry and John Mayer tried to go low key while visiting the Happiest Place on Earth during the Memorial Day weekend. Meanwhile, the "Roar" singer dissed a London publication for rehashing a three-year-old interview regarding ex-husband, Russell Brand.

An insider told E! News that the couple tried on the different rides and "even stopped by ultra-exclusive eatery Club 33 for a bite to eat at night."

"The singers weren't alone during their Disneyland outing, however, and brought along some of their closest pals to join in on the weekend festivities," the article noted. "Mayer opted out of Space Mountain-roller coasters aren't for everyone, ya know-but Perry had her gal pals by her side during the ride."

Katy Perry and John Mayer didn't leave Disneyland until around midnight, or right about the time when the theme park closes.

While clearly happy with her current boyfriend, John Mayer, Katy Perry slammed The Daily Telegraph for making it seem that she's still not talking to ex-husband Russell Brand.

On May 25, the "Fireworks" singer tweeted, " "It's really inappropriate when journalists repurpose interviews done 3 yrs ago in context of promoting a film & then stamp a new date on it."

According to Hollywood Life, the said quote attributed to Katy Perry in reference to Russell Brand read, "He hasn't spoken to me since he texted me saying he was filing for divorce," she said at the time. "I don't want to talk about him - my songs will say what I need to say."

Katy Perry and John Mayer reportedly rekindled their romance earlier this year but split in March after two months of being together.

Radar Online reported, "Katy and John reconnected once she had a break in her Prismatic World Tour. So, for those few months they had a great time, pretending that it would last - and of course it didn't."
