Kylie Jenner's Music To Be Mentored By Selena Gomez? Kris Jenner Asks 'I Want You To Know' Singer To Help Daughter

Kylie Jenner's music career may soon be mentored by Selena Gomez. According to a report from Hollywood Life, "momager" Kris Jenner has asked the "I Want You to Know" singer to help her daughter.

"[Kris Jenner] wants Selena to encourage Kylie's passion for music and help guide her in her music career," an insider revealed.

Prior to news about Selena Gomez helping the reality star, buzz about Kylie Jenner's music started circulating after the 17-year-old uploaded a 3-second Snapchat video. The clip showed the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star singing to "How Many Times" by DJ Khaled, who even complimented the aspiring singer.

"I see you @kyliejenner #HowManyTimes on iTunes now ! @wethebestmusic #wethebesttakeover#wethebestMACHINE #ichangedalot on its way," DJ Khaled posted on social media.

With the help of her family and people like Selena Gomez and DJ Khaled, Kylie Jenner's focus on music could be good for the teen star. The youngest daughter of Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner has been involved in many negative issues lately, most of them concerning her 24-year-old rumored boyfriend, Tyga.

The "Rack City" artist and his ex-girlfriend and baby mama, starlet Blac Chyna, have been reportedly embroiled in a custody battle over their two-year-old son King Cairo, and Kylie Jenner has been criticized for dating the rapper.

According to a recent report from Starcasm, the mother of Blac Chyna has also stepped in and slammed Kylie Jenner and her family. The grandmother of King Cairo, who calls herself Miss Tokyo Toni, specifically called out Kris Jenner for allowing their underage daughter to date Tyga in the first place.

"Be a mother and not a pimpstress! Mom manager? Of what?" Blac Chyna's mother wrote on her expletives-loaded Instagram post.

"The bad part is she made the statement 'don't mess with [Tyga until] the custody battle is over!' No you go ahead and marry him! Chyna [does not] want his begging a**."

Miss Tokyo Toni pointed out how she is only concerned for King Cairo, who has reportedly been spending a lot of time with Tyga and Kylie Jenner. The toddler was even seen with the entire "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" family last Easter.

"[Blac Chyna] needs to get full custody of King out of that environment," ranted Blac Chyna's mother.
