Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Divorce Update: Former NBA Player Finally Speaks Up About His Estranged Wife!

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have filed for divorce for quite some time now, but an update has finally revealed what the former NBA player feels about his estranged wife.

According to a report from TMZ, the once troubled athlete could still be hoping to get back together with the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star. When cornered by media on Monday if he thinks a reconciliation between him and Khloe Kardashian is still possible, Lamar Odom gave a straight reply.

"Of course," he said. "[Khloe is] still my girl. That's my wife."

Lamar Odom's statement somewhat explained why he and his 30-year-old reality star wife have not yet finalized their divorce. The two separated in 2013 amid allegations that Lamar Odom was cheating on his wife and abusing drugs and alcohol.

While Khloe Kardashian's divorce with Lamar Odom is still on hold, rumors have been circulating that they are trying to give their marriage another shot. According to a report from Hollywood Life, the youngest Kardashian daughter was even wooed by her estranged husband last Mother's Day.

"Lamar sent Khloe an elaborate Mother's Day gift: He sent her an oversized, brown teddy bear that resembled Ted from the movie," a source revealed.

"He knows Khloe loves that movie and wanted her to smile when she saw the bear."

The estranged couple's desires to have a child have been documented in past episodes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." The gift supposedly meant to symbolize a lot of things from their marriage.

"The bear was holding 7-dozen red roses, a tribute to the number he used to wear in the NBA," an insider explained.

"There was a small card inside and he wrote 'To the world's best future mom, Happy Mother's Day. I Love You. LO.'"

"He even signed his initials in cursive to resemble the L.O. tattoo she has on her hand," added the insider.
