Sofia Vergara Feuds With 'Modern Family' Cast Amid Show's Season 7 Renewal?

"Hot Pursuit" star Sofia Vergara is reportedly feuding with the other cast of "Modern Family" whose renewal for season 7 was just announced by ABC.

According to the latest issue of In Touch Weekly, the Latina actress' feud with Eric Stonestreet been causing a "lot of drama on set," in addition to a slew of other feuds that had nothing to do with her.

"Sofia [Vergara] hates Eric [Stonestreet]. He's become a real diva. And everyone thinks Julie [Bowen] is annoying. Ed [O'Neill] keeps to himself so he doesn't get caught up in all the drama-they're not like one big family in real life," it said.

The source claimed that even with the "Modern Family" season 7 renewal, "things aren't perfect" for the cast and crew.

But it didn't seem like Sofia Vergara is feuding with the rest of the "Modern Family" cast in an interview with E! News as she said that thinking about the show's eventual end gets her in a sour mood.

"I do," she said. "I get very sad because it's my favorite thing to do of work. It's so easy. We know the set. I know the character so well. Ed O'Neill is amazing. I'm going to be very sad."

The actress, however, offered some consolation for fans as she said, "There will always be repeats."

Despite the renewal of "Modern Family" for season 7, actor Ed O'Neill said that it will eventually be cancelled by ABC.

He said, "It will, you know. Change is inevitable."

"Modern Family" co-creator Steve Levitan also told Deadline that the show would stay for about 3-4 years more. "[W]e will keep going, but if we have the gut feeling that it's time to stop, we will shut it down," he said.

"Season-to-season, Modern Family is down about 8% in the 18-49 demo (3.25 rating) and down by 4% in total viewership (9.56 million)," said TV Series Finale. "It's the network's top show in the coveted demo and in second place in viewership (behind How to Get Away with Murder). There are two episodes left in season six."
