Niall Horan Voted Most Desirable Man: One Direction Singer Beats Out Bieber For Title Of Guy Girls Most Want To Marry In Valentines Day Poll

Niall Horan of One Direction has been voted the guy that most teenage girls want to marry in a poll conducted by teen magazine We Love Pop for Valentines Day.

Rival boy band star Nathan Sykes from The Wanted took second place in the Valentines Day poll, relegating Justin Bieber to third.

Niall's One Direction bandmate Harry Styles took sixth place in the Valentines Day poll, which surprised the publication's editor Malcolm Mackenzie.

''Like most people, we expected Harry Styles to come out top," Styles told MSN Entertainment. "But it seems girls are getting fed up with pop stars who cover themselves in tattoos, smoke and jump from one girlfriend to the next...These results show that good boys are hot at the moment!''  

Niall and Harry, who along with their One Direction cohorts Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, are preparing for the release of their hotly-anticipated documentary film "1D in 3D."

But Niall is glad that the experience hasn't gone to their heads.

"We're still shooting [the documentary] at the moment," he told BBC Radio 1. "We forget the cameras are there and just go off on a tangent. We're lucky enough that no-one has gone Hollywood!"

Yesterday BBC Radio 1 premiered One Direction's new single for British charity Comic Relief, a cover of the classic Blondie song "One Way Or Another."

Earlier this year, One Direction visited Ghana to see how Comic Relief helps needy people in the impoverished African nation.

"It was a life changing experience," Niall said. "I don't think people believe how poor these people are until they see it. It was tough to see."
