2PM Makes a 'Triple Crown on Japan Weekly Charts, 'Oricon-Tower Records-HMV'

Group 2PM hit a 'triple crown' by topping the Japan Oricon, Tower Records and HMV weekly charts.

Yesterday, 2PM hit the number 1 spot on these weekly charts, making a 'triple crown'.

On February 13, 2PM released their second album, LEGEND OF 2PM, and received a positive response from fans. Right after the release, they ranked number 1 on various Japan weekly charts.

It was also revealed that the gap between the other Japan artists on the charts was huge, showing that their number 1 spot was safe. According to Oricon, 2PM sold 50,000 album copies in just 1 week.

2PM commented, "We were so happy to hear that we topped three charts. We want to thank everyone who supported us. We will work as hard as everyone supports us."

On the other hand, 2PM will continue their arena tour and will hold their Tokyo Dome concert in April.
