One Direction Hire Sexy Personal Assistants: Simon Cowell Lets The Band Interview Potential Job Candidates

One Direction has hired three sexy personal assistants, according to the Daily Mirror.

One Direction bandmates Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson each now reportedly have their own personal assistant, while Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik share one PA.

Simon Cowell allegedly allowed the boys to interview the personal assistants, according to Heat World, and shockingly One Direction selected three beautiful girls to run their daily affairs.

"The guys have incredibly manic professional and personal lives, and they started getting stressed out about their ever-increasing workload," said a source close to One Direction. "Obviously the record label don't want them burning out, so they came up with the idea of letting them appoint personal assistants."

The assistants come in addition to the bands managers, publicists, financial advisers, stylists, asset managers, around-the-clock security and drivers, according to The Inquisitr.

The positions are allegedly filled, unless of course a beautiful girl with good organizational skills can persuade Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik to get their own personal assistant.

And what does the job consist of?

"The idea is for the PAs to run their diaries on a day-to-day basis, and make sure they turn up to dentist appointments and photoshoots," the source said. "With the world tour coming up, it is essential they are on top of everything and put under as little stress as possible."

Sounds like pretty heady stuff.

Well at least Harry Styles's PA possibly can introduce him to some of her hot friends. The 18-year-old One Direction star broke up with his girlfriend Taylor Swift last month.

On Sunday Styles told a DJ on the London radio station Capital FM that he's doing fine after highly publicized breakup.

"I'm okay, thank you for asking," he said. "I'm good."

Styles even refused to fire back at Swift for mocking him in her 2013 Grammy Awards performance.

"She's a great performer and she always performs great," Styles said. "She's always good on the stage. She's been doing it a long time. She knows what she's doing on stage. It was just another good Taylor Swift performance. It was good."

Swift pointedly mocked Styles's British accent while performing "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
