Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott fuelled speculations that they are having financial problems. According to a report from TMZ, the celebrity couple spent Father's Day selling their possessions at a yard sale.
The two held the sale event at their San Fernando Valley rental. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott even displayed signages with the hashtag #SummerSale around their Encino neighbohood to announce the furniture, antiques, clothing and jewelry that they were selling.
Tori Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, reportedly even gave out refreshments to their customers.
The yard sale took place just weeks after Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott celebrated their daughter's 7th birthday with an extravagant party. According to a report from E!Online, Instagram photos posted by Tori Spelling showed Stella McDermott's glamor girl themed birthday bash.
"Stella & her BFF's loved having @glamtwirl & @glamzies at her 7th [birthday] party this weekend. Creating lots of fun hair styles & adding gems 2 their hair! #DIY #GlamTwirl #Glamzies #PandaPoolParty," Tori Spelling wrote alongside one of her Instagram posts.
Aside from the big birthday bash, Stella McDermott also had another celebration at her school, where Tori Spelling made cupcakes for.
As rumors about their financial problems have resurfaced, some speculate that the family would push for another season of their reality show, "True Tori," on order to make more money.
"Tori relies on True Tori for income. There is absolutely no way she's going to cancel the show," an insider told Hollywood Life.
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott share four children: eight-year-old Liam, seven-year-old Stella, three-year-old Hattie and two-year-old Finn. Amid rumors of financial woes, National Enquirer reported earlier this year that the couple are even planning to have another child.
"They love their four children and believe a new baby will bring them closer together," a source revealed.
"Sometimes it seems their love of kids is the one thing they have in common."
"Dean's warmed to the idea of having another kid. He realizes how much he's hurt Tori, and now wants to make her happy. He feels she's due," the insider explained.
