‘Fashion Police’ News: Ex-Host Kelly Osbourne Throws Subtle Diss At Giuliana Rancic; Speaks Up About Melissa Rivers As Mainstay

"Fashion Police" news reported how ex-host Kelly Osbourne somewhat threw a subtle diss at Giuliana Rancic. According to a report from People, she also spoke up about Melissa Rivers' becoming a mainstay at the hit fashion critique show that she was part of for years.

"I will always, always love, love, love the time I spent working with Joan [Rivers] and George [Kotsiopoulos] and Melissa. They're the most incredible people. They're still part of my family," Kelly Osbourne said, notably excluding Giuliana Rancic.

The two made "Fashion Police" news after Giuliana Rancic joked that the dreadlocks worn by teen star Zendaya Coleman at the 2015 Oscars "must have smelled like patchouli oil or weed."

After the negative backlash from the alleged racist joke, Kelly Osbourne shocked everyone with her untimely resignation from "Fashion Police." She also slammed Giuliana Rancic for making excuses for her jokes about Zendaya Coleman.

Aside from the apparent feud between Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic, People also reported about the rock royalty's reaction to Melissa Rivers becoming a mainstay.

"This is what should have happened from day one," Kelly Osbourne said. "Melissa always should have been there."

"When [Melissa] called me to tell me, I was like screaming, jumping up and down because I'm like, 'continue the legacy!'" the 30-year-old celebrity narrated.

"Fashion Police" has been making news since the untimely death of their former main host and Melissa Rivers' mother, Joan Rivers. The comedy icon passed away September of last year following a botched throat operation at an Upper East Side clinic named Yorkville Endoscopy.

Aside from how Kelly Osbourne has been open about her struggles to get over Joan Rivers' death, she admitted how "Fashion Police" will always have a special place in her heart.

"[I am] forever grateful to E! for giving me the opportunity to work with not only one of my idols, but somebody that became like my grandmother for five and a half years," she said.

"It was time for me to move on, but it was time for Melissa to take that spot."
