Hugh Hefner's Son Comes To Playboy Mogul's Defense After Holly Madison's Tell-All Memoir Reveals His 'Abusive' Nature

Hugh Hefner's son defended the Playboy mogul over the accusations of former Playmate Holly Madison in a tell-all book.

On Twitter, Cooper wrote, "How does a person who is famous for being a gold digger paint themselves as a victim of a relationship they aggressively sought out for(?)"

But the post generated some negative comments.

One Twitter user commented, "and your mother was in it for love? And you are not the benevolent benefactor and heir of her intrigue?#really."

Another said, "How does a person who, at his age, is financially supported and employed by his father, not call himself a gold digger?"

And another observed, "Same way a person who only has a blue tick because of who his Daddy is, gets off on criticising anyone trying to make a buck."

But Hugh Hefner's son Cooper didn't stop there as he called out the former Playboy playmate in another tweet, "Holly Madison, V. Stiviano, and a few other lovely ladies that lived in LA make a Justice League type group of wonderfully shity people."

One of his followers wrote, "Did your dad really believe that these woman wanted him(?) He should have known better. What young woman would date a old man(?)"

Another added, "Your father has been picking 'gold diggers' for the last 40 years!"

One said, "Your dad is the one who set up a system where women live off him! What did Daddy Hef expect? No backlash, ever?"

In her book "Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny," former Playboy playmate Holly Madison claimed that Hugh Hefner was very abusive towards his girls.

"(He) belittled us and always made me feel ugly, always made me feel worthless and once the show ("Girls Next Door") started filming, told us that we were replaceable and anybody could do our jobs," she wrote.

"The fact that I put up with that, I'm amazed...All these girls were young, star struck, blinded by fame and money and that's definitely what he preys on."

In a statement sent to Us Weekly, Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner reacted on Holly Madison's book as he said, "Over the course of my life I've had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women. Many moved on to live happy, healthy, and productive lives, and I'm pleased to say remain dear friends today."

"Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight. I guess, as the old saying goes: You can't win 'em all!"
