Hilary Duff Dating Update: Mike Comrie’s Ex-Wife Considers Tinder ‘Fun’ But Currently Not Swiping

Fans asking for Hilary Duff dating update have to know that the "Lizzie McGuire" actress remains single following her split from husband Mike Comrie. Nonetheless, it does not mean that the 27-year-old beauty has closed her doors.

The music video for her newest single "Sparks" even gave a glimpse of Hilary Duff's dating life wherein she resorted to famed app Tinder. In the said video, the "Cadet Kelly" actress documented her Tinder dates.

"It became just this big, funny thing, but real," Hilary Duff told Billboard. "I really did go on the dates, and I really did talk with the guys. I think my profile's still up on Tinder. I'm not currently swiping, but it was fun."

The "So Yesterday" songstress is determined to experience what it's like to live normally. She told Pride Source that she needed to step out of the limelight unlike other former Disney stars who continued their careers.

"Instead of me trying to calculate how to do it and how to be successful at it - a lot of people chose different ways than I did, like Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins [Mary-Kate and Ashley] and even Miley Cyrus - I just chose to bow out for a minute," she said.

"I really needed it personally. I grew up in the spotlight and on tour and with everyone just knowing me and knowing me a certain way," the mother-of-one continued. "At some point I was like, 'I don't even know if I'm that person anymore, and I don't even have the time to figure that out." 

Even if Hilary Duff's dating life is currently uneventful, she doesn't regret anything for she has Luca, her son with estranged husband Mike Comrie.

She is also focused on creating more songs. Her latest album, Breathe In, Breathe Out, has already secured the fifth spot on Billboard's 200 chart.
