CNBLUE Takes the Number 1 Spot on Hong Kong Channel V K-Pop Chart

Band CNBLUE has ranked number 1 on Hong Kong's Channel V K-Pop TOP 5 Chart.

Their new title song, "I'm Sorry" was seen at number 1 on the Channel V International 'K-Pop TOP 5 Chart'. 

Channel V International is a broadcast that reports on popular entertainment news around Asia.

Last month, CNBLUE was also seen at number 1 on the U.S. Billboard World Albums Chart. They were also seen at number 1 for 4 weeks o the Taiwan charts as well, showing off their immense popularity.

This album is their first album in which all songs on the track list were self-composed by the members.

After finishing up 6 weeks of activities in Korea, they are now preparing for their first world tour. They will be visiting Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and other places. They will be the first Korean band to go on a world tour. 

They also plan to meet fans in Seoul through a concert in May.

CNBLUE is a rock band that debuted in 2009. They consist of 4 members, Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Lee Jung Shin and Kang Min Hyuk. 

They debuted in Japan in 2009 and later in 2010 released their first mini album in Korea. They gained much popularity with their song, "I'm a Loner."

All 4 members of the group also recently gained much attention for their roles in dramas. Leader Jung Yong Hwa first started his debut in acting and later played the lead role in the drama, "Heartstrings." Lee Jong Hyun gained attention for his role in the popular drama, "A Gentleman's Dignity." Kang Min Hyuk became more known to the public through the famous drama, "Unexpectedly You." Lee Jung Shin started his acting debut last with his role in "My Daughter Seoyoung."

With CNBLUE taking over the drama scene, they brought up viewer ratings significantly.
