'Bones' Season 11 Spoilers: Shake-Up In Characters' Lives 'Spice Things Up;' Squinterns Take Over Expected

A major shake-up in the lives of Booth and Brennan, as well as Angela and Hodgins, will give the writers plenty of ammunition going into "Bones" season 11. Meanwhile, spoilers reveal that the squinterns might be given more opportunities to shine.

Cartermat teased "Bones" season 11 spoilers as it revealed the title of the premiere episode, dubbed "The Revelation in the Remains."

"Do we anticipate the premiere episode starting out in a place other than the Jeffersonian? Sure, but sooner or later Booth and Brennan will get back there," it said.

"This is a series that revolves for the most part around this institution and the people there, and fragmenting the cast off to other places does not make a lot of sense if you want it to feel the same as it always has."

Meanwhile, Stephen Nathan dished "Bones" season 11 spoilers as he said that the squinterns play a huge role in the success of the series. And they are getting popular, which means they get other offers from other shows.

"We just have to be very agile. We have to be ready to move at the drop of a hat with the interns because they are so popular and rightfully so," he said.

"Often times during the season, we have to write somebody out, somebody in, because they're doing other things. So there's always the potential for new people coming [in]. And also from looking at our locations a little bit differently and adding people."

The showrunner also said that there's going to be a time jump in the premiere.

"There will be a time lapse," Stephen Nathan told The Hollywood Reporter. "We will be picking them up as they have been living a life that they have been wanting to live."

"From that they'll have to go back to the lives they had before, and clearly they will be different people and different circumstances will allow us to continue in a new life."
