Ginnifer Goodwin; Husband Josh Dallas Bring 'Once Upon A Time' Into Their Home? Couple's New Home Whimsical With Storybook Feel

Ginnifer Goodwin and husband Josh Dallas play fairy tale characters in "Once Upon a Time" series, now they have bought a home that could very well have leaped from Storybrooke.

A report from Trulia revealed that Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas purchased a six-bedroom house in Encino, California.

"The 5,758-square-foot home features an open floor plan that includes an oversized entry and open hearth with sun-filled rooms throughout," it said.

"In the spacious living room, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, while the family room allows a more casual gathering space. The state-of-the-art chef's kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast area."

The new home of "Once Upon a Time" cast members Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas couldn't be as different as the 2,200-foot house in Whitley Heights neighborhood. Whereas, that historic home was quite traditional, the couple's Encino house features a Tudor-like feel.

"In the master suite, pitched ceilings and a fireplace add a quaint cottage feel, while the French doors that lead out to a balcony and a large walk-in closet complement a spa-like bath," the article added.

"The outdoor area is perfect for any frequent entertainer, thanks to the lush greenery and majestic pine trees, a large sitting area, built-in barbecue and outdoor bar, and a saltwater pool."

For baby Oliver, there's a huge playroom, as well as a gym for the "Once Upon a Time" reel- and real-life couple.

It's not clear, however, if the playroom will be designed with a "Star Wars" theme just like their trailer for "Once Upon a Time" in Canada.

Ginnifer Goodwin previously told Seth Meyers on his Late Night show, as shared by Daily Mail, that she and husband Josh Dallas make it a point to be always involved with baby Oliver's life even if they are busy with "Once Upon a Time."

In order to maximize their time with their little one, the couple brings baby Oliver to the set.

"We have this Star Wars nursery, which is his home away from home. And he was there a lot in the beginning as I was breastfeeding," she said.

"I'm like forcing [Star Wars] on him ... I think I was kind of meant to be a little boy in some ways so there's a lot of, 'I wish I was an astronaut, so he will be an astronaut."'
