Caitlyn Jenner Not Keen On Joining 'Dancing With The Stars' 2015? Stepdaughter Khloe Kardashian In Shortlist As Fall Air Date Is Revealed

Caitlyn Jenner is not about to jump to "Dancing with the Stars" 2015 a few months after outing herself on Diane Sawyer show in April. But "KUWTK" star Khloe Kardashian reportedly is on the short list to replace her.

In a report from Hollywood Life, Caitlyn Jenner, 65, was reportedly offered to join "Dancing with the Stars" 2015, but the producers smartly have a backup plan in place.

The source claimed, "The producers would gladly take Khloe but they don't anticipate ever getting a real chance with her. They still would love Caitlyn over anyone in their family but that is still at a standstill."

However, at this point, Khloe Kardashian is on the fence about joining "Dancing with the Stars" 2015.

"Khloe definitely would be welcomed with open arms to come on the show but the pursuit isn't really hardcore at this point," the source added. "There is still plenty of time for minds to change but don't bank on Khloe being a part of the show."

The publicist for Caitlyn Jenner already shot down the rumors that she will be joining "Dancing with the Stars" 2015.

A statement sent to Entertainment Online said, "There is not nor have there ever been any negotiations on this matter. They inquired if she was interested in participating in the show and I said no thank you. That is the extent of the communication."

Former "Dancing with the Stars" professional Cheryl Burke earlier said that Caitlyn Jenner would be perfect for the reality contest, especially since "KUWTK" stars Rob Kardashian and Kim Kardashian did their turn a few seasons ago.

"Caitlyn and Tony Dovolani would look great together, or actually Caitlyn and Val [Chmerkovskiy]," she said.

Khloe Kardashian, meanwhile, has not released any statement or given any hint of joining "Dancing With the Stars" 2015.
