The former teen star was rumored to be "downsizing" after she and her husband, Dean McDermott were seen vacating their glamorous home earlier this week along with their four children. Tabloids quickly claimed that Tori Spelling's allegedly dwindling net worth has caused financial problems for the celebrity family.

However, an insider clarified that the 42-year-old actress and her family are doing fine.

"Tori and Dean [simply] moved into a new house -- it's the same number of bedrooms and everything," the source said.

"They just moved because their lease was up, nothing more to it than that."

"It was not a downsizing thing," the source added.

Rumors about Tori Spelling's declining net worth began circulating when an episode of their reality series "True Tori" showed their family's financial woes.

However, Us Weekly reported that a rep for Candy Spelling has denied the accusations.

"Candy has provided financial help in the past and has offered repeatedly to pay for the children's private schooling and Tori has never told her where to send the money," the rep explained.
