'Scream Queens' Star Lea Michele Honors Late Boyfriend Cory Monteith On His Death Anniversary; Tweets, 'Love You So'

Lea Michele paid a tribute to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith on his second death anniversary.

In an Instagram post, the "Scream Queens" star shared a photo of the smiling Cory Monteith driving on the open road with the sun against his face.

Lea Michele wrote, "I know you would want us all laughing and smiling today.. So we think of you and remember all the laughter and joy we shared together. I hold you in my heart always and love and miss you so... (heart emoticon)"

When "Scream Queens" star Lea Michele filmed the last episode of "Glee," she took home a memento of her former boyfriend.

The 28-year-old actress shared on Instagram a photo of her walking away from the dark set while lugging a huge frame of Finn's football jersey. She captioned the image: "One last thing. (heart emoticon)️"

Mark Salling also took a framed photo with a plaque of Corey Monteith as a keepsake after filming for "Glee" wrapped up.

The actor shared a snap of the frame on his Instagram along with the caption: "My one souvenir from set. Right above my piano where it belongs #gleefamily."

"Scream Queens" star Lea Michele has since moved on to Matthew Paetz whom she also honored in an Instagram post where she wrote, "Matthew, thank you for bringing such happiness into my life. For making me smile again and bringing such a bright joy into my every day... Thank you for loving me and my family... And of course Sheila too.. May this be the happiest Birthday ever! (heart emoticon)"

Lea Michele has credited her late boyfriend Cory Monteith for helping her spread her wings as an actress while she was still with "Glee."

"During 'Glee,' I felt like I was scratching that itch of being an artist. I was at a great place in my life and I was so unbelievably happy -- my relationship with Cory made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more," she told Teen Vogue in an interview in the middle of last year.
