"The Bachelor" star Chris Soules is allegedly desperate to have another shot at fame after his breakup with Whitney Bischoff, as he returns back to his hometown of Arlington, Iowa.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Chris Soules begged Chris Harrison to put him on "The Bachelor" once again after it was announced that Ben Higgins would headline season 20 of the reality show.
"He began his time in the spotlight as Andi Dorfman's suitor on The Bachelorette - he garnered a lot of support from fans because he was a down to earth farmer from Iowa and seemed genuinely interested in finding love on the reality TV dating show," the report said.
"However, he was then chosen to be the next Bachelor and Soules morphed into a fame-hungry player and fell in love with the spotlight."
Meanwhile, Chris Soules has visited his hometown and proved that he has moved on from the Whitney Bischoff split. In an Instagram post, "The Bachelor" star wrote, "Never gets lonely around here when I can come home to these ladies and their little ones! #cowappreciationday #homegrown."
He also found time to bond with his nephews as he shared on Instagram, "At my nephew Brogan's playoff baseball game. They won big! So proud watching him a rip a line drive into left field for an RBI and a double base hit! #prouduncle."
Meanwhile, Chris Soules ex fiancée, Whitney Bischoff, debuted a different look in a post on Instagram. "The Bachelor" star wrote, "Playing around with some longer locks and red lips... What do y'all think? Long or short? red or pink? #decisions #change @topknotextensions."
One of her followers commented, "Whitney you could wear either. Your just a pretty today and you were when you and Sarina were in high school at Assumption."
Another said, "Beautiful. ...classy young lady."
